Be careful - not free though. (Except for home projects.)

If you need really free STM32 GUI go for this:
System Workbench for STM32

STM started to cooperate with a company called AC6 to build Eclipse/gcc based free IDE for STM32. It also directly loads projects and sources generated by STM32CubeMX.
BTW, it works just fine and new versions are comming.

Actually, STM32CubeMX does include a graphics library. Although I suspect it's only for certain micros (it might be only the ones that contain the LCD driver peripheral).

According to this, the library that STM32Cube comes with is this http://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stemwin.html

It's free but binary only so it's not compatible without using same toolchain. Never used myself. Also looks very oriented for building GUIs on GLCDs, which isn't always what your goal.

I have been working on this http://www.embedded-wizard.de/ , after short journey with uGFX.
It's not open, but provides better optimisation overall.

It looks very interesting but the price tag is not so appealing for small volume production (<50/year), what about the only one color available for non-professional license? Does it mean that the screen theme will be monochrome? Do you have to select the color at the license's purchasing time?

I post that into project area; works well with STM32Fxxx.
Here is an easy to use (free GUI library): http://www.embeddedlightning.com/ugui/
