I learned that soldering without underpants can be painfull. Only a small ball of molten silder can create indescribable pain.

I've done that more times than I'd like to admit.  It REALLY hurts.  The skin on the inner thighs is SURPRISINGLY sensitive!

I think the question is why would you want to put on pants to solder if you didn't have to?  This mostly applies to a home lab, but I don't really want to wear pants at the office either.

funny I read old ones post as "he falls of his bike, a lot"
and with me being older than him, I take care not to fall,
I still have a 700cc single cylinder Norton in my aunts shed, and I don't have to ferry it for a trip around manx TT track. It's a shame it's been two years since I took it out, for a spin.
