Do these whatsapp sniffers still work or have they plugged all the security issues,rendering them useless.im seeing a lot of 2014 links and tutorials on youtube with comments left saying great/thanks/it works etc.but ive been unsuccessful and have since read its now impossible to create a sniffer for whatsapp due to them encrypting the messages?

sorry,will edit for you.im asking if the sniffers that are available still work. I read they worked in the early days  because of the way whatsapp worked,but have since encrypted the messages so sniffers will no longer work.
im seeing a lot of 2014 links to whatsapp sniffer downloads, but the ones ive come across all result in wanting you to do a survey.
again im asking is it no longer possible( like I read) to use/create a sniffer for whatsapp.

I can confirm that the method described in the article *does not work* and hasn't for some time.  If anyone is trying to do this, please don't waste your time with this or other methods posted so long ago. :-)
