I found time after many months and finished spectrum analyzer from this link

working nice.
Hard to find is only BAT14-099, but I using BAT15-099 and working.

This project originates from 90ties. I build it in 1998 from M. Vidmar hand drawn plans. It still works OK.
If someone wants I can upload original articles from VHF Communications.
Somewhere I must have a set of PCBs for this project.

I am the author of the unit, which measures the frequency of local oscillators in spektalnem analyzer and then given frequency in the point marker. If anyone is interested can post...

Hi all

Today you don't have to mass with microwave design (well almost not...) to obtain microwave signal source
TI & Analog device have new line of synthesizer's who include an internal VCO (no external components needed) where you can program almost any frequency in the range of 400 to 4000 MHz
(TI - TRF series and analog ADF series)

It includes also (options) a full VNA..
