I want to make this FCL meter.

I made this one:

it works well, BUT:
All this construction are similar and they have the same problem:  measuring capacitors "in circuit" - measuring voltage is relative big.
And measuring bad capacitors with very low Q is other problem - You can get completely wrong number.


Believe me - cheap  RCL bridge is better choice.
