with 24V @ 10 mA it can only power the computer within ur calculator! But how about considering the panels from www.sunpowercorp.com. they got panels with a powe rating of 200W and quite cost effective also. U'll find an article in www.circuitcellar.com about a sample project. check it out.

Usually you would put the power in a buffer (battery or super caps) then use it to power a computer.  no sweat.  Done it many times here in the outback.

For 24V 10mA, I reckon any type of voltage multiplier will do it easily. Heck its only 240mW.
