These are great! Do you build detail models as a hobby? That's something I always wanted to get into and on my list of things to do before I give up breathing. I had a magazine article (lost in one of my moves) of a guy that built a (starship) Enterprise out of separate resin castings that he made. The saucer section was about 6 feet in diameter, all the panels were correct down to the smallest detail. I had another article of a doctor (MD) in Nashville that had a complete machine shop and built scale replicas of aircraft, including all mechanical parts of the aircraft. He turned out micro-miniature "rivets" for the body in a jeweler's lathe.
