Hi

I use for a long time the serial ICD2 of elektor (10/2006) for programming pic's. (I known it is not the best !)

I have a little problem, he works at a speed of 19200 Bauds but i can't use it at speed 57600 bauds (with w2k or XP)

Someone have an idea ?

Thanks

Hi MC993.
I do had similar issues in using serial port with XP after upgrading from Windows Me. I could not have my serial programmer working except slowly (9600 bds), but also do had some hang-up from time to time. WP apperently is know for not properly handling serial port (confimed with a handheld serial barcode reader on another PC). Never tried on Win 2000.

I switched to an USB programmer since : much faster and more reliable. Probably not the solution you can duplicate. Sorry for that.
Cheers.
