Note	I will be honest with you.  I don't have much knowledge concerning embedded systems and electronics--meaning I haven't had secondary education such a college or degrees.  I am new to electronics, especially embedded systems (programming in C), but I want to learn.  I have many questions concerning embedded programming that are not answered on the internet.  ( I have searched everywhere but to no avail.  These are questions, some basic in nature, that surprisingly are not found on the internet. So I believe I can add to this forum, by asking them, and for this...having a place where questions can be answered.  Thanks.  I appreciate any help that anyone can provide.
