You probably need a prog to anonymize your web browsing and conceal your identity.
This is what you need

i think this user is looking for some provider that has vpn connection and is used as a proxy like this one i know of https://www.ipredator.se/ i am sure there are more of these someone else has heard of this is the one i could think of quickly maybe there are other with real experience with these services. i have never used any of those. i have used vpn like ipseq and pptp and l2tp but i made those for customers of mine.

not illegal. there is no law block us, but the government limit us.

the provisions isn't equal the law, but rights will make anything happen , as long as they need.

Thank you Prisim.
there is a Great Wall in our country, and many years ago, there is a Great FireWall too. but this wall isn't use to defense external attack, but prevent us to access the some of external networks. how ironically!

I only know a few vpn server.
but these server all have been blocked out.
"sphinx" told me a server, but It not free,  I have no way for payment  to foreign. and I test it's speed, very slow for me. similar to use Tor.

Before these server IP is blocked, I can use a software that provide many many vpn server.
not only vpn server, many web proxy be blocked too.

so, could  you have list of free vpn server share to me?

CyberGhost is a free VPN service with servers located in Germany, it’s limited 10GB a month broadband usage.

To rentau:
the maximum speed limited by your ISP, VPN is a tunnel in link between your mechine and other side.
It's no help for you .

To HEAD:
I can't access www.mediafire.com since one month ago. then, I downloaded the Cyberghost VPN 2 from cyberghost.natado.de
trying.....

provider says i have 2mbps, but average download of around 20kbps, which drop at peak hour 1kbps .
so i was thinking if VPN could be use for other-way to access some site.

so there is no way, Sad

also notice if sometimes changing on proxy speed-up the connection or slow-down.

next solution would be sending some bomb to my ISP  Roll Eyes

vpn = virtual private network wich means what is says, but it depends on what kind of vpn youre using and what kind of encryption the higher  youre using the slower youre network connection to your isp will be. since the encryption itself takes up space in in the packets youre sending and recieveing. it also depends alot on your vpn provider how good throughput he has on the traffic, since some types of vpn is heavy on processors as well.
