Question:  Could you please provide some sort of description beyond the title of the post?

Teach a man to fish and he will sit around in a boat drinking beer all day.

Hi bilalkaraaslan,
How do you want to show 99 with one seven segment? Shouldn't it require 2 seven segments? Moreover, your attached schematic uses Pic16F877A and SIPO (Serial In, Parallel Out) shift register 74164. Nowhere IC7448 is used. What is the matter?
