I read today that a German court has ordered Rapidshare to check all uploads for illegal content.

Seems that we should use file names that do not give the content of the RAR away and always password protect the RAR.

Many members do anyway.

Yes, but this is for rapidshare.DE!

I think it isn't valid for rapidshare.COM, because the headquarter isn't in germany!

Always password protect the archive and internal filenames. Name the archive "Vacation Pictures" or something harmless.
