How I can make the transducer ultrasonic o what trasnsducer i can used.

If you need a simple ultrasonic washer, you can buy one for  jewelry shop. They use it for clean jewels. It's cheap and you send it with ultrasonic liquid.

its cheaper to buy them.

otherwise if you like pain.. you can either
- try large a Piezo and make a good oscillating tank circuit to drive it.
- try to make a high frequency voice coil system and treat the liquid tank as the speaker membrane.

either way, its how the commercial stuff were made.
