Maybe I will start my PCB Manufacturer next year, I have research for along time for it, I had my PCB by that process :

1. Drilling ;
    My CNC Milling machine will be a great stuff. The G-Code works well, just waiting for the best performance.
2.Plating ;
   I'm on research for plating, that is the most important process.
3.Imaging (image-expose-develop-etching)
   I use Dry film photoresist from kolon, its great stuff. I had 4 rolls (4x500 ft) from Kolon Korea. It is the cheapest way. You must try this.
   The Dry film exposed with UV-Led, I  have bought from radio shack...very cheap, $20 get 100 UV-Led.
   The developer is soda ash, then etching at ammonium persulphate
4. Soldermask
   I use Diazo Liquid photo imageable soldermask.

Now, very difficult to get more time for lunch...

Naste, we are run out of Dry Film Photoresist and the next shipment is still on the way, might we buy some of your Kolon Photoresist? One or two roll perhaps?

We usually use Tokyo Ohka Kogyo product.

How do you bought them, from Korea or is there a local reseler?

Regards, Ichan.

As you said you bought 4 rolls then i though you may had some spare rolls, indeed we need the photoresist still in it's original roll form. Anyway thanks for your over.
