How to Make Video Games For Video Player [REQ] ?

Hello All,

I have a video cd player which shows SONY when i turn it ON.
I opened the cd player and found the following,

Main Processor chip : SAMSUNG - S5l9294X02
Main Boot code in flash chip : MTP 27SF020 - 256K Bytes FLASH
Main DRAM chip : EliteMT - M11416256A
Main CDROM Interface chip : S1L9226

When i searched the net for info.I found these,

1.Video CD Players use .nes file.
2.They use a kind of emulation / native execution  for processor 6502.
3.We can use any 6502 assmbler or C compiler to make the program.

1.But How do i make a .bin file and then make a video game cd ?
2.I would also like to program the processor in its native language.
3.I did not find any source for datasheet of the processor chip - S5l9294X02

Can some one give me the datasheet for the processor ?.
Can some one give the complete procedure for making a video game CD ?.
Has anyone got the firmware update for this ?
