I am working on a project implementing 4G.main concept of this project is to making a base station where software will do modulation demodulation.so the use of hardware will be reduced and this system can be operated as gsm and cdma without changing any hardware.so if there any discussion or any suggetion from your part you are welcome.

ADVANTAGES:-
.power consumption in long run
.dont need to change the whole base station or msc to shift a gsm company in a cdma company.
.one bts can do the work of gsm and cdma
.end user will get atleast 1gb transfer speed.
.call will be initiated more quicker than gsm or cdma.
.every end user will get a real ip
.data transfering through internet and talking can be done together.
.user can get 1gb broadband connection facility through his mobile
