i changed the processor and burned an 877a....
 
now its working!!

Basicily because it's PDS you change device
I.E Device 18F252 to
Device 16F877A

and that's it PDS very good for this

Shoel sorry i don't understand what you mean but here goes anyway  the file contains all the information to build the PSU there are 2 parts the Mother board and the power baord

J2 is the connector for all the push button switches which are not shown on the shcematic common all one side of the push button to +5V and the other side to the pins on J2, I would also use something like a 4K7 resistor on the J2 pins to ground this just stops any interferance in pic

As you sure know that due to large capacity of 27,28 xxx series , its programmer has to be PC interfaced ...

use the link for the schematic, layout and part list for the Eprom Programmer

you can use this link HERE
