Gud day to all... I am new in programming and am interested in what is the best programming board around that can be compatible with may types of compiler and programmers.  I have used ql-2005, from www.pic16.com but it is not compatible with picbasic and flowcode.  Any suggestions?

Everyone seems to love this one.  http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=1406&dDocName=en023805  I personally do not own this one.
